Can the Community feature be disabled/removed from Cube?

After installing CU12 for version 10, we get a Community feature in the main menu:

Can this feature be disabled or removed?

Can you explain why you want to disable or remove this?

Our Cube client does not have access to internett, so I believe none of the functions will work?

OK I understand. Indeed, these will not work without internet access.
