Hi Dojo,
Since upgrading our systems to v10.4.2 (previously on v9.6.1), we have lost functionality on all our element buttons that open something external to Cube, such as webpages, files and logs. Are you please able to advise how we can resolve this?
Example below (button is now un-clickable)
Hi Carys,
Do you still need help with this question? If yes, could you answer Michiel’s questions so we can help you further? Or if this has been resolved, could you add an answer of your own with more information, in case this could be useful for other users with a similar problem?
Hi Michiel Vanthuyne,
Could you please review this question for further details?
As this question has now been open for a long time and there has been no further reaction from you, we will now close it. If you do wish to investigate this further, feel free to post a new question or contact techsupport@skyline.be for assistance.
Hi Carys, it’s hard to tell without further details. Can you share how this link is built? At first sight it looks like it might be a from a table in an element? If so, which connector is this element using?
Also keep in mind that since 9.6, the default embedded browser for DataMiner Cube has been changed. This may impact the display of certain webpages. You can find more info on these changes here: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Getting_started/Accessing_DataMiner/Accessing_DataMiner_Cube/Installing_DataMiner_Cube/Changing_the_default_browser_engine_used_in_DataMiner_Cube.html
