What does "unavailable" mean on the failover configuration? The servers are showing as running/good and in full sync.

Hi Paul,
An agent is marked as unavailable when the connection to that agent cannot be established since start. This can happen if the host cannot be reached (even if dataminer us up and running). For example it fails to respond to ping requests. This can be used to differentiate issues where DataMiner is not responding or if connectivity issues on the network can lead to trouble. Alternatively it could also be that this agent fails to establish a connection to the dataminer (i.e. authentication issues) which blocks us from fetching the necessary info from the Partner agent.
In short, "Unavailable" means there has never been a successful connection to that agent.
That being said, with the screenshots you provided, the "Unavailable" state seems to be a visual/caching bug. Normally the Status windows should also mention the agent being Unavailable, and an alarm should be present in the alarm console stating that the agent cannot be reached.
The status window relies does a more in depth check with every refresh, so if this gives green across the board, it usually is safe to say that the failover pair is healthy.
