Is there a way to use the timestamps received from a third party tool as the DateTime for alarms in the alarm console instead of the DateTime of when the entries appear in the table and generate alarms on DataMiner?

Hi Jeroen, this will be the case when using the “HistorySet” feature in the connector that handles the received data from the third party tool. E.g. below screenshot shows an alarm that I’ve just created with a timestamp of yesterday 12:00 using the history set feature. You can find more information on history sets in the development guide.
