automatic incident tracking option is missing

Hi,

While I am exploring the augmented operation features I noticed that the automatic incident tracking is missing from the menu. Why would it be the case and how can I get it to show up?

DataMiner version 10.1.0.0 9966

Hi Fares,

Can you check if this option is enabled in System Center -> System Settings -> Analytics config:

For your information, the Automatic Incident Tracking option is enabled by default from DM version 10.2.0 (Main release), 10.2.1 (Feature release) DataMiner Help
