The Saved filter should use "Arqiva" view and "IsNot=type node" both filters

We are aware of such an issue when you are using Cassandra Cluster + Elastic. Is this the case for you?
The issue is resolved in 10.2.0 [CU17] , 10.3.0 [CU5] , 10.3.8[CU0]

Could you explain a bit more what the problem is? Don’t you get any alarms or only a few?
