Are there currently any existing integrations (in either direction) between DataMiner and ServiceNow products, for example creation of tickets in ServiceNow ITSM for certain DataMiner alarms?
There are tangible references today being used in the market where DataMiner is used for ticket management purposes interfacing with products such as ServiceNow. By default this is enabled through (1) the DataMiner OSS/BSS Ticketing Gateway and (2) a dedicated ServiceNow driver linking ServiceNow with the DataMiner Ticketing Gateway.
