After doing a Catalog solution package installation into a customer DaaS system, the LCA becomes inaccessible (icon goes missing from 'Other apps' section and error 404 is displayed when the URL is used).
The easy work around is just to copy the app folder into the Skyline Dataminer 'applications' folder (previous app folder still shows before re-copying).
Two colleagues besides me have looked into the InstallPackage 'manifest' and 'Install' files, and have not noticed any issue.
Anything else that could be checked to figure out the issue?

The cause of these kind of issues are hard to pinpoint using a short description. I suggest you get into contact with tech support to look further into this issue.
