Alarm Template resets after 24 hours

Hello,

we use the Connector Arista Manager (Production 2.0.12.17) In one of our alarm templates, the alarm state of a value is suppressed using a custom description (Oper. State).
After approx. 24 hours the custom description is ignored and the alarm appears again.
If we then press Apply in the alarm template, all alarms disappear but reappear after 24 hours. Is such a behavior known and how can we switch it off?

Felix

Hello Felix,
This sounds like an issue.

Monitoring of the parameter where the condition is configured should remain not monitored while the condition is true Using conditions in an alarm template | DataMiner Docs.

Please raise a ticket to techsupport@skyline.be.
