We are attempting to create a PDF based off Alarm Dashboard and have used automation/scheduler to send a daily email including said PDF. What we have found is that the PDF creation process does not allow time for the alarm dashboard to fully populate, resulting in a PDF with blank graphs. Is it possible to modify this process to give it enough time for dashboard to populate? In addition, we’ve also selected “Include CSV” in the dashboard report options, and no CSV is generated or included in the email. Please let us know what we can do in order to resolve these issues.

Hi Robert,
This sounds like a software issue, the PDF should not contain empty components and the CSV(s) should correctly be included in the email. You can contact techsupport (techsupport@skyline.be) so we can look into this further.
