Please, Dojo - is there a list of the "default" columns pre-defined in DataMiner for the Alarm Console?

Trying to separate the default from the "custom" ones - in this example, "Source": is there a way to know if this is custom? On the other hand, if it is a column that is always present by default, what kind of tuning needs to happen to have indications also from other "Source" systems, other than DataMiner itself?

Hi Alberto,

To elaborate on the possible sources, there are three common ones:

  • DataMiner System: these are the regular DataMiner alarms based on updates coming from device or service polling etc.
  • Correlation Engine: this is used to indicate correlated alarms
  • Clustering Engine: this is used to indicate a clustered alarm, these will only be visible when the "Automatic incident tracking" feature is enabled.
