Please, Dojo - is there a list of the "default" columns pre-defined in DataMiner for the Alarm Console?

Trying to separate the default from the "custom" ones - in this example, "Source": is there a way to know if this is custom? On the other hand, if it is a column that is always present by default, what kind of tuning needs to happen to have indications also from other "Source" systems, other than DataMiner itself?

Hi Alberto,

The columns shown by default are the following:

  • Icon column
  • Focus column
  • Element name
  • Parameter description
  • Value
  • Time
  • Root time
  • Severity
  • Service Impact
  • Services
  • RCA level
  • Alarm type
  • Owner

So the "Source" column is not a default one. You can easily check the default columns by creating a new tabpage in the alarmconsole. This tabpage will always use the default columns.
