Hi,

Does anyone know if its possible to send an email when alarm is activated.

Say there is an alarm for loss of audio, is there a way to send an email notification to a team that tells them about it?

Hi Ryan,

This can be configured by setting up an alarm filter and enabling email notifications for a specific user or group. Another option is to use a correlation rule with an email action to generate notifications, see this use case.
