If the 'Name' field is changed in System Center > Agents > Manage, will this simply update the name/alias and not change any of the agent settings?

I remember I saw a similar question in the past:
System Name change

This name is used to generate reports.

Hope it helps.

Thanks Miguel, it looks like this question is about changing company name rather than agent name though!
