Hi Dojo,
I'm using DM 10.5.7 with GQI DxM. Since this is my local agent I turn it off every day. When I turn it on again, I have to reinstall GQI DxM in order for it to work.
When I open the LCA before reinstallation I see that GQI DxM is not available.
Does someone know why this happens and how I can fix it?

Hi Edib,
The issue is caused by a fallback in the web API. When the GQI DxM isn't available, it defaults to SLHelper, which results in the "NoDxM" text being shown.
This fallback can be triggered if the DxM hasn’t fully started yet after a DataMiner (re)start. Once triggered, the fallback remains active indefinitely.
Starting from version 10.5.8, this fallback has been removed, so the issue should no longer occur.
