Hi, I'm trying to add new user to our DataMiner cloud system but I get "The user being added is not part of the organization of this DataMiner System." error. All users are Sky employee and I'm using their Sky email address. They already have access to the DM cluster and cube and are using the system. Can you think of any reason why I can't add them although I have admin permission? Is there any limit in number of users who can be added to the DM cloud system or do they require to have any specific level of permission?

Can you check if the users are present in the "Organisation" on the dataminer services admin page (https://admin.dataminer.services)?
If not, can you try and add them through the add user button?

Hi Jordy, In https://dataminer.services he can’t see any Dataminer System as I’m not able to add him. When I’m trying to add the user using his Corporate email address I get error message that “the user is not part of the organisation” as mentioned in the main question
