We want to add a button on an SRM booking service Visio.
The service has the name of the booking and we can pass that to an automation script.
In the script we want to access the booking details and the resource details.
Has someone already made something similar?

Hi Jeroen,

You should be able to access the reservation id from your SRM Service visio using the [Reservation,…] placeholder.

You can pass on the reservation id to your automation script to read out the details of your reservation.
