Hi

I have one table and i would like to use a visio mimic block to show the Alarm colour (red) base on status of multiple cells (multiple columns in the same row) in a table.

e.g.

i would like the mimic block change color from green to red if any of the alarms (columns) goes red (in ALARM status).

Thanks

Hi Miao Miao,

A possible option here is to use the Extended conditional shape manipulation actions. This shape data allows you to show/hide based on multiple conditions. In your use case, each condition could be the value of each cell highlighted in your screenshot. For example, you could create a shape with a red fill color that will be shown only when the value of these cells are ‘Critical’ (I assume that the critical severity assigned to the cell corresponds to the value ‘Critical’)

Hope it helps.
