Following link is not loading fine in Visio on some client PCs.

When it's opened in Edge, it works fine, but in Visio it generates the error that a plugin is needed.
On the DMA itself, this link loads fine when looking at Visual Overview.
WebView2 is installed on the client PC where this doesn't load
What other plugin would be required?
The closing of the window is normal when clicking outside of the loaded window.
I'm however also not able to select a multicast from the Dashboard table.

I see that the following was mentioned by our SW team :
The workaround was provided to use "UseChrome" on the inline browser shape and this was confirmed to work.
The workaround was accepted and a follow up task was created to further investigate why it does not work on edge.
Just adding the above for transparency.
On windows server 2016 standard, webview is installed in C:Program Files(x86)/MicrosoftEdge/Application and the link does not load.
On windows server 2019 standard, webview is installed in C:Program Files (x86)/MicrosoftEdge/WebView/Application and the link does load however it is not fully functional and disappears as soon as one click something outside the loaded window.
