I’m experiencing issues accessing the Edit functionality of the low-code app. The problem began on Friday at 15:30 PM, as it was working fine before that. In the console, I’m seeing the following error:
500 Internal Server Error

Could you please help me locate and resolve this issue?

I just tried again, and the issue seems to be resolved. I’m now able to open the Edit mode.
We didn’t make any changes on our side, so do you have any insights into what might have caused the issue and how we can prevent it from happening in the future?
Also, the Preview tab of the error was empty.
Hi Karerina, glad the issue is resolved. Since there was no specific error message and the issue is resolved, it is hard to know what exactly went wrong and how it can be prevented in the future. Because the request went trough dataminer.service, there are a number of processes that handle the request which might have errored, making it hard to pinpoint the cause.

Hi Katerina, can you share the specific error message of the failed request? You can find this in the ‘Preview tab’
