Get a sneak peek at 4 brand-new upcoming DataMiner connectors

Did you know that we are constantly building and designing new connectors to interface DataMiner with the latest third-party ICT media and broadband products? Let’s take a closer look at 4 brand-new upcoming DataMiner connectors our teams are working on right now!

Synamedia Virtual DCM

This new integration with Synamedia’s state-of-the-art vDCM—virtualized and software-based video processing for live multiformat video delivery—will enable broadcasters and content providers to monitor and control video and audio services, check services health, use time-series data to track performances and change parameters on the fly.

AVIWEST StreamHub

The AVISWEST StreamHub Series is a range of powerful platforms to receive, decode and distribute live video streams coming from any AVIWEST transmitter or third-party system.

The StreamHub Series can be deployed as an in-house 1U server or as a cloud service, bringing simplicity, flexibility and efficiency to any news, live video production or live video distribution organization.

This new DataMiner connector will interface with StreamHub using a Rest API and will enable you to use DataMiner to monitor all incoming video streams, manage the transcoding of these streams, and monitor all outgoing video streams.

Pebble Beach Dolphin

Pebble Beach Dolphin is an integrated channel device. As an SD/HD video server, master control switcher, character generator and channel-branding solution, Dolphin combines “exceptional channel density with low power consumption”.

Are you running playout services on Pebble Beach Dolphin? DataMiner will be able to monitor your channels along with other components of the workflow with this upcoming connector.

Cassandra database

Apache Cassandra is a free and open-source, distributed, wide-column store, NoSQL database management system. It is designed to handle large amounts of data across many commodity servers, providing high availability with no single point of failure.

This new DataMiner connector will enable you to monitor the health of your entire Cassandra cluster, track the performance over time, and gain detailed insights so you can troubleshoot your Cassandra cluster where necessary.
