CloudGateway DxM 2.17.2 is here, bringing a major upgrade to cloud connectivity. Instead of relying on a single connection, this version now supports multiple simultaneous connections, significantly improving both performance and reliability.
Previously, CloudGateway operated through a single connection, which worked well but had limitations in handling traffic efficiently since all data passed through one channel.
Now, multiple connections are established across different cloud services, distributing the load more effectively and ensuring a seamless, uninterrupted experience—even during maintenance on dataminer.services or if one connection encounters issues.
This enhancement benefits all remote access features, including web apps, Cube, and live sharing. If one connection drops, another seamlessly takes over, keeping your access uninterrupted.
Another key advantage is that maintenance on dataminer.services, which happens through rolling upgrades, will no longer disrupt your connection. With multiple connections in place, the system can disconnect and reconnect a few at a time, ensuring that you remain connected throughout the process.
These improvements take effect immediately after upgrading to version 2.17.2, so upgrade now!
