I'm having trouble logging in to ziine. When I enter my username and password, I get an error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Edith,

This issue is introduced this week and the team is looking to have this resolved asap. In the meantime, you can use one of below options to login.

Option 1: Log in using the latest client version

  1. When you see the Unknown user error screen, click on the OK button
  2. Fill in your username but leave the password blank
  3. Click on the connect button
  4. A popup window will appear that allows you to authenticate

Option 2: Log in using the server client version

  1. Open the Cube Desktop Application
  2. Right click on the Ziine Agent and select Connect using...
  3. Select the version provided by the server

A new Cube version with a fix has just been published on the preview track. If you don't want to wait until the next automatic update check, you can fetch it with a manual "Check for updates" via the bottom-right menu of the Cube Start Window.
