Hi Bernard,

All current DataMiner versions support running Cassandra and/or Elastic database on (external) Linux machines.
There is a minimum version from which Elastic can be used. From 9.5.0 it is possible to use Elasticsearch for alarm indexing and other applications under a soft-launch option and from 10.0.8 feature release or 10.1.0 main release it was released. The Cassandra cluster feature (one Cassandra database for the complete DMS instead of a Cassandra DB for every DMA) is available from 10.0.13 under soft-launch option and was released with the 10.1.2 feature release or 10.2.0 main release.
