Communication indicators in Dataminer 10.X

Hello,

In DataMiner 9.X there are “Communication Indicators” that allow you to view the status of the Dataminer agents, even though the user does not have permission to access System Center.

In DataMiner 10.X these indicators are not available, is it possible to add them?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Isabel,

In DataMiner 10.x you can still access to the list of agents by clicking in Agents:

but indeed, there is an extra click that you need to execute to have access to the list of agents. This feature was already suggested:
Reinstate ‘dataminer status overview’ directly from any Cube window

To tag on to what Miguel has already said, if the concern is giving users the access to see this information without being able to manage it, you can create / modify group permissions to allow them to access the Agents page but control what the user can do with the Agents once they are on the Agents screen as shown below. This can enable access without the fear of someone breaking something.
