Unable ‘Edit’ an element

Hello,

I have an element, Bridgetech VB220 & need to edit it.

But when I click ‘Edit’ (on the element), the ‘Apply’ button is grayed out.

I have the same device on another element & this does not happen.

Have I missed something please?

Rgds,

Mark

Is it possible that this element has been created with a different driver version range as production and by setting a different driver range as production that some information is now missing for that element?

Could you expand per connection the “More SNMP settings” or “More TCP/IP settings” (depending on the connection type) and also the “Advanced element settings” I would expect that one of these items will be marked in red to indicate that something is missing

Hi Laurens, Thank you. The element that would not ‘Apply’ did not have the Time out value enabled. I can now ‘Apply’. Thank you. Mark
