Observed, in NetInsight Nimbra Manager -> General section we could see same node repeated three times, and it has a unique element ID. Though we have only one element configured in surveyor.
May I know the root cause of this issue? Does it affect the usage of any reports?
Hi Jeyaram,
This would not be a repetition as the element ID is unique. However, the system name is a custom user input string which is not required to be unique. If you were to expand the element name, it would be unique.
In addition, the 2 bottom entries are for elements that are no longer present on the DMA. The key parameter data being empty and element status would be an indication of this.
The design of the Nodes table includes a Remove Unavailable nodes button.
To update the Nodes table in future, you may
1. Execute “Remove Unavailable” button
2. If it does not get deleted, it is possibly due to the node entry not containing the latest information yet. This can be updated by executing the "Update" button on the right most column for the respective row
3. Then executing “Remove Unavailable” again should clear that entry
This should not affect the usage of any reporting.
