Hi Dojo,
We have a customer in the defense/national-security space asking whether DataMiner as a Service (DaaS) and/or Storage as a Service (STaaS) can be hosted in Microsoft Azure Government (the isolated US Gov cloud — .us endpoints, FedRAMP High/DoD IL4-5 boundary), rather than commercial Azure.
The compliance offering documents ISO/IEC 27001, an annual third-party security assessment, and Microsoft Solutions Partner status, but doesn’t mention FedRAMP or any Azure Government-specific authorization.
- Is there any current support, pilot, or roadmap item for hosting DaaS/STaaS in Azure Government (or any other sovereign/government cloud instance)?
- If not supported today, is this something Cloud Ecosystem has evaluated or received other customer requests for?
Happy to share more context on the use case if useful.
Thanks!
