Hi,

I'm using a Column & Bar chart component in a Dashboard with a data source of a specific view to display alarm count. I always get error "Failed to get alarm count data from the DMA: The client is not allowed on this element." I've tried this with multiple views with differing elements and the outcome is the same. I am able to load alarms via an Alarm table component without issue . Checking my user group rights i have access to everything except the Monitoring Web App. Any ideas on what causing this error?
