Properties snapshot to offload database

Hi all,

We have configured with an information template the snapshot offload of some parameters and also some properties to the central database but when looking to the CSV file generated, we never see the properties values:

Any clue why the properties are not successfully exported?

Thanks.

Hi Edson,

I performed a small test and can reproduce the issue (using 10.5.12.0). Interestingly, I am able to include other generic parameter (e.g. [Element Alarm State]).

Since the information template allows you to include any generic parameter, it should work for properties.

A possible workaround for the offload will be Data Aggregator.

Hope it helps.
