DataMiner support life cycle update

DataMiner support life cycle update

In Q1 of 2026, we will welcome DataMiner 10.6, packed with exciting new features and improvements. With this release on the horizon, we're approaching the final stage of the DataMiner 10.5 Feature Release cycle. Let's take a look at what this means for the DataMiner support life cycle!

Here's a quick overview of the most important changes:

  • As of November 14, 2025, no more new features will be added to DataMiner 10.5.
  • As of November 14, 2025, regular cumulative updates (fixes for software and security issues) will no longer be released for DataMiner 10.4.
  • DataMiner 10.3 will enter limited support as of February 27, 2026.
  • DataMiner 10.2 will reach end of support as of February 27, 2026.

By the end of 2025, the following modules will also reach the End of Support phase, which means they will no longer receive updates or support:

  • Legacy Asset Manager in DataMiner Cube: A new replacement is currently in development, though it will not be a direct one-to-one replacement.
  • Pivot table and group components in Dashboards and Low-Code Apps: A wide range of alternative visualization options is already available.

Finally, the legacy Ticketing app will reach End of Life as of DataMiner version 10.6.x, also at the end of 2025. This means it will be fully removed. Instead, an extensible solution with options to tailor it to your needs is currently being developed using our Low-Code Apps and DOM framework. Updates on this app will follow.
