Alerts are not generating for some Specific Sites

Hello Team,

There are Multiple Sites setup on Dataminer however Alarms are generating but client is not receiving emails for some specific sites.

Where can I check on it, Kindly help

Hi Roshan,
Please could you provide a bit more detail about your current integration?
– Are you running multiple agents across different sites, and experiencing issues with email notifications on some of them?
– Do you have a single DMA where multiple sites are represented through DataMiner views, and some of these views are not triggering email notifications?

Yes it is a single DMA where Multiple sites are represented through Dataminer views..

When I checked in Alarm Console Alarms are generating but client is not able to receive them on email that too for some particular sites other sites they are receiving the alarms
