To remove the Minimum High alert removal from mail alert monitoring.

Hi Team,

I want to remove the Minimum High alert removal from mail alert monitoring.

I want the values to be reflected but I only dont need mail alert for Minimum high.

How can I do that? Please help me on it

Hi Roshan,

This depends on how the alerts have been configured. Usually this is done in the Users / Groups module in System Center (in DataMiner Cube), via the Alerts tab. It can be configured on group level, or on user level, or both. Could you check if you can find an alarm filter there that you can fine-tune in order to change which alerts you receive?
