I am reporting on behalf of the customer and I have two issues regarding the Microsoft platform element.
(1) Service list is not loading up as shown below:
Stream Viewer shows the WMI access denied error for group 95 which belongs to service list.
(2) Event Viewer failed to load up for 1 week of events.
There are no error logs from stream viewer, element logging to detect the issue.
I have make sure that I have followed as per: Microsoft Platform (Older Ranges) | DataMiner Docs for security settings, WMI configuration and DCOM configuration.
However, still have two issues above.
Is there anything am i missing to check?

For this case, I believe the best course of action is to conduct a more thorough internal investigation into these issues. Could you please create the necessary task for this?
