i want to make dashboard(GQI) from a external database(MYSQL) and i dont see clear the path, it is easy in another aplications such as powerbi for example.

so i just want to understand the correct way to do it.

Hi Gerardo,

If I understand correctly, you would like to query an external database (MySQL or Cassandra) from a dashboard. For this case, you will need to develop and ad-hoc data source. More information in DataMiner Docs (Configuring an ad hoc data source in a query)
