I am unable to connect the dataminer agent.
Update: Tech Support was able to resolve this issue for Manas.
The root cause was that DataMiner had been assigned an incorrect IP address
as the change was not properly done manually. This was purely a configuration issue.

It looks like your DataMiner system is probably not correctly started up as it should... It's difficult to troubleshoot this via a Q&A. Thanks for your concern. I was unaware of the procedure to fix it after changing the IP. It took only 5 minutes to fix it with procedure given by tech support.
