im having probles with the DIS connexion, whn i test the coneccion i have the message "no appropiate connection could be created for ip" ising the last version, from the cube i have no issue for connetion, any idea of why is happening this?

yes, i know that it happens to other persons with yhis DMA
i would suggest to try upgrade Visual studio if it has so proper packages .Try first delete DIS then upgrade VIS then donwload DIS i hope will work 🙂

Could you check which DIS version you are using (is visible in the About of Visual Studio and in the settings of DIS as well). Currently we are on v3.1.7 where that issue is fixed.
Hello Michiel, im using the version 3.1.7, the DMA has 10.3.0.0-15150-CU21. any idea of troubleshooting? same problem with other persons on this DMA.

Looking in the stacktrace I see the following: Skyline.DataMiner.Net.Exceptions.DataMinerOfflineException: APIGateway is unavailable.
Could you check if APIGateway is properly up and running?
how do i check? the Cube, dashboards and Low code app are working
This is something you can see in the Task Manager on the system itself. In the services you should see 'DataMiner APIGateway'
is not on the task manager
