Open Classroom Training Wrapped 2024

Global connections revived: insights from our 2024 Open Classroom Training sessions

After a hiatus during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we were thrilled to bring back our in-person Open Classroom Training sessions in 2024. Reconnecting face-to-face with our global community has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The enthusiasm and energy shared by attendees have reaffirmed the value of these interactive learning opportunities.

A year to remember

This year, we welcomed participants from across the globe to our Open Training sessions, where they gained hands-on experience and deeper insights into DataMiner. Below are some of the highlights from the feedback we received.

Net Promoter Score

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely used metric to gauge customer satisfaction. It is calculated by asking respondents to rate their likelihood of recommending a product or service. Scores are then categorized as follows:

-100 to 0: Needs improvement

1 to 29: Good

30 to 70: Excellent

71 to 100: World-class

For our Open Classroom Training sessions, we received the following excellent scores:

  • A score of 50 for "How satisfied are you with the content of the training?"
  • A score of 67 for "How likely would you recommend this training to others?"

Quotes

Here's what a few attendees had to say:

"I loved meeting other professionals and exchanging ideas. It's great to see how others are solving similar challenges with DataMiner."

"A very good and friendly trainer. I suggest everyone take this course."

"The training provided a general overview of DataMiner's capabilities. Thanks to the PowerPoint slides, I will be able to have another look at the exercises."

"I'm not sure if it's how Skyline approaches and organizes these events, or if we just had an awesome group, but during other events, people tend to keep to themselves and are glued to their phones. Here, however, it (almost) felt like a summer camp—meeting new peers and leaving with new friends."
