Hi community,

is there any LCA/Dashboard component which can be used like a Kanban board,

e.g. Drag & Drop a Task into another lane to change the task status?

Kind regards,

Felix

Not an answer, but to help you further if you do want to build something, we have quite a few teams working Kanban in Skyline and some of them use LCA to actively manage their workflow.

Some teams use multiple grid components to create a classic Kanban board. It has the huge upside of being completely modifiable to your needs and wants. None of these boards have drag/drop though.

Fiber released a blog post on it.

Our Excalibur squad has a similar board:

Some teams use the table component, sometimes with table templating, but also just the parameter table sees some use in Skyline. The Think Tank squad uses it like this to be able to filter, change state, easily prioritize by work item age and more.

Hi Felix,

We currently do not have a component that can be used as a kanban board using drag & drop. It is possible to create your own version using DOM, GQI, grid components with templates & actions, but this will require some work to create. If this is a component you would like to have out-of-the-box, you can create a feature suggestion.
