I'm getting this error when i try to open DOM in my dev environment. Is this a known issue for which i can do work around?

Hi Baranisudha,

Could you check if the dev environment has a valid Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or STaaS connection configured as database? (Maybe double check any notices that may be in the alarm console related to this)

You could also check the 'SLModuleSettingsManager.txt' log file in the 'C:\Skyline DataMiner\Logging\' folder. This could potentially contain some additional information on what is going wrong.

Update: The 'SLSearch.txt' and 'SLDBConnection.txt' could also be interesting.
