Hi All

Is it possible to monitor the status of the active channel on individual I/O ports of the Multiplexer ( for example AppearTV) on dashboards, ? Channel active over input port and output port , channel of standby (Backup) the same way and nexts does the MAIN or BACKUP channel is transmitted.
How to approach to this topic? Do you have any examples?
Some MATRIX or other way ?

Hi Jarek,
A couple questions in reference to this solution.
Are you using services? If not, I would recommend it as it makes the filtering easier. https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Basic_Functionality/Services/Service_templates.html

How many channels are you monitoring?

Are you using Cube Visio display or HTML dashboard?
One way we would do this in Visio, is to create the service, then identify the parameter(s) which identify primary, or backup used. Then using the hide or show shape data only display the connector lines for the active path, while showing the status of both active and backup.

I see that this question has been inactive for some time. Do you still need assistance with this? If not, could you select this answer so this question is closed? If you do still need help with this, could you answer Steve’s questions?
