The method GetElementNameByPollingIp is used this to request a list of all the elements that poll a specific IP address. I’m looking equivalent method for http/s.

If I understand correctly, you would like to get the hostname defined in the ip address/host defined in the element settings:
If this is the case, I believe you can pass the hostname (instead of the IP address) to filter the list of elements.
It’s exactly What I’m looking for. If some one know the equivalence of the method GetElementNameByPolling for http/s. I wil realy appreciate to know
