Is it possible to have no initial value selected in dashboard dropdown?

When we create a dropdown to select an element it will initially have no selection, until you select something. When you refresh the dashboard the first is still there. If you close and open it again, then the first entry is selected. Is there an option to have no selection by default?

Hi Michiel,

This has been made available as of 10.3.0 (CU13), 10.4.0 (CU1) and 10.4.4 (RN38775).

As an administrator, you can configure one of the following defaults:

  • None
  • First
  • Custom

There is the option under settings to have an initial selection, but I could not find a way to have no selection as the initial setting.

Thanks for confirming. Came to the same conclusion, and wanted to double-check if someone knows if it is going to be possible soon.
