I am trying to get a shape when clicked to filter the alarm console. It looks like the AlarmFilter shape data can do this with just a basic string input as per https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Basic_Functionality/Visio/turning_shapes_into_controls/Making_a_shape_filter_Alarm_Console_tabs_when_clicked.html
However, the shape will not do anything when clicked but it does change the cursor icon when hovering acting like it can be clicked. I checked the Ziine system as well to see how its setup but that one is not working as well. Any help would be nice.

Hi Steve,
An important note with this feature is that it only works on “Active alarms linked to cards” tabs in the alarm console. It will not work on regular “Active alarms” tabs or history alarm tabs.
This is mentioned in the help page you have linked, but is often overlooked.
Please let us know if you are already using an active alarms page that is linked to the cards and continue to experience difficulties.
