Hi Dojo,
We have several DM Cube users that have a problem with the connection. Sometimes, after start the Cube, it keeps frozen in the “Connected” message. The problem seems to be resolved after make a clean up but the problem reapperars after a few days.
Is there any known issue or a way to prevent it?

We are aware of this issue and have a fix ready. This fix will be released in the following versions: 10.2.0[CU22], 10.3.0[CU10] and 10.4.1.

The release of the above mentioned versions if foreseen for December 15th.
