Stopping Elements before starting up Dataminer

Hi,

i know there is a way/tool to stop elements before starting up the Dataminer Agent,
but cannot find it & i didn't see a similar question here.

Can you give me a quick hint?

You can find it on C:\Skyline DataMiner\Tools\ChangeElementStatesOffline.exe
