I'm having some issues accessing dashboards shared with me. On shares.dataminer.services, I have 2 shares:
When trying to access either one of them, I seem to be redirected to the DataMiner Dashboards login screen, while I would expect it logs in automatically with my dataminer.services account. I have tried logging in on the dashboards login as well but that doesn't seem to work.
Any idea what could be wrong here?
This is a know issue that has been fixed in version 10.3.3 and will also be fixed in 10.3.0 [CU3]. The fix will only make sure it doesn't happen again, but the broken share will remain broken.
To fix this, delete the share and then recreate it.
No, you’ll have to share the dashboard again even after upgrading dataminer. (edited my response to make this more clear)
It might be worth checking the settings of the Dashboard that is being shared and whether the correct email has been applied.
I also previously had an issue where I didn't have the correct access rights for using Dashboards at all. This had to be changed by an administrator.
Will it then be solved with an upgrade without sharing the Dashboard again?
