Why are the total alarms and unread alarms different between 2 alarms tabs when I activate filters?

Hi community,

When I activate filter to search for a specific severity or parameter description value, I don’t have the same number of active alarms (in the footer) or same number of unread alarms as when I have no filter enabled.
You can see an example with active alarm tab with and without filter.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Yvan,

I see you have some correlation alarms in your alarmconsole. In case you use a quick filter, the base alarms of the correlated alarm are counted as well (even when the correlation tracking is enabled). In case the base alarm of the correlated alarm matches the filter you will see it as a separate alarm in your tab as well (even when the correlation tracking is enabled).

I hope this makes clear why the counters of both tabpages are different.
