Which DataMiner process is responsible for sending email notifications?

Hi Dojo,

I'm investigating a case where a large number of email notifications apparently was queued and sent out with delay. I would like to know which DataMiner process holds that queue and whether it's possible e.g. take a memory dump of that process and see how many emails are in the queue.

Hi Alexander,

The process in DataMiner responsible for sending emails based on alert notifications is 'SLSNMPAgent'. Besides dumps, you can also increase the log level of the logfile 'Notifications' for a while and see if the emails being send correspond with your expectations.
