Where to check when DataMiner entered the alarm storm mode?

Hi Dojo,

Simple question, when DataMiner enters the alarm storm mode (and the pop up message shows up) is this logged somewhere?

I tried a quick test in my local DMA to see if an information event was generated but nothing showed up.

Is there any place where we can check the timestamp of when the alarm storm mode was activated?

When an alarm storm triggers, this happens depending on your client settings. This means that there is no note of this on the server, so no information events, etc.

Entering and leaving the alarm storm will however be logged in your Cube logging. In DataMiner Cube, you can find this in the System Center app => Logging.
